Ellen comes to TLConcepts with a background in the non-profit, marketing, and graphic design industry - and a passion for homes.  Ellen joined the TLConcepts team in February 2008 as the Creative Director and Tour Coordinator.  So, basically she'll be leading all signage, print, and web graphic needs as well as wearing a few other hats.  After all, all women like to wear good hats.
