Born and raised in Kansas City, Rosella attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City.  After graduating with a degree in Accounting, Rosella began an 18-year career at KCTV.  Over the years, she worked in several areas of the television station from the business office to the sales-traffic department.  In October 2004, Rosella brought her knowledge of accounting and television with her and joined the TLConcepts team.
