| Marketplace is a public food show event consisting of a leading local grocer and the vendors they procure their products from. The event is promoted through the use of television, radio, newspaper, and the internet. The public pays a nominal admission fee and has the opportunity to taste test, gather samples, coupons, and recipes from the leading consumer brand companies in the industry. At the conclusion of the event, all products on display are donated to a local food bank. |
